The Palm Comparomics Hub is a website developed by AGAP Institute that hosts different kinds of data on several species of the arecaceae family (Cocos nucifera, Elaeis guineensis) and is supported by the South Green Bioinformatics platform.
It is based on the Content Management System (CMS) Drupal and Tripal (a Drupal based web front end to GMOD's Chado database schema).
Access to genomic tools, genetic and physical maps, phenoypes, genotypes are enabled.
